Sarah has been actively involved in the health & fitness industry since 1987.  She first qualified as a Sports Therapist, then 9 years later attended Oxford School of Osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University where she gained her BSc(Ost)DO in Osteopathy . Over the years Sarah has enhanced her experience & knowledge as an osteopath by working alongside Physiotherapists & built up good relationships with Orthopaedic & Neurological Consultants enabling her to refer patients on if she feels it’s necessary  to do so. Over the years Sarah has worked with professional sportsmen & women including Athletes, Boxers, Rugby Players & Tri-athletes, and for 9 years with ParalympicGB attending 2 Paralympic games, Athens & Beijing. Sarah was a Key note speaker at Bedford Sports Personality of the Year 2010 presenting ’The Road to Beijing, The Disabled Athlete in Paralympic Sport’.
