Sally Crawley

In July 1999, I completed the IIHHT Diploma in Reflexology and the IIHHT Diploma in Indian Head Massage. Then in 2001, I obtained the IIHHT Body Massage Certificate and in 2002 the IIHHT Diploma in Stress Management, the IIHHT Diploma in Holistic Therapies, the IIST Sport Event Massage Certificate and the IIST Management of Activity Injuries Diploma.
I enjoy the practical side of treatment and gain great pleasure in seeing people improve physically as well as mentally after receiving a holistic treatment.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is beneficial to the sports and the non-sports person. It helps relieve tension and stress. It also helps to improve posture, flexibility and prevention of injury.

By stretching and using deep tissue work, it helps break down scar tissue and removes lactic acid build-up, which prevents you from obtaining your full range of movement.
It may not be the most relaxing massage but by the time you leave we promise that you will have loosened up and be free of tension .
